This website is operated by Joelle Ayoub under the name Strengths in Motion Consulting. These terms describe website use and the cancellation policy offered for consultations. Specific service scope, fees, assessment costs, and scheduling will be confirmed before an engagement.

Services and professional scope

In-person consultations are available throughout California by arrangement. Virtual consultations are available by a mutually agreed method, subject to scheduling and applicable requirements.

Coaching, workshops, and career support are for education and professional development. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or a substitute for qualified professional advice. An inquiry does not establish a pharmacist-patient relationship or confirm a booking. Joelle's professional credentials do not change the scope of the coaching services offered here.

Fees, cancellations, and refunds

You may cancel before your consultation begins. If no assessment code has been sent to you, prepaid fees for that consultation are refundable in full. Once an assessment code has been sent, the cost of that code is non-refundable, whether or not it has been redeemed. Any remaining prepaid consultation fee is refundable if you cancel before the consultation begins.

The assessment-code cost and consultation fee will be identified before payment or code delivery. To cancel or request a refund, email joelleayoubpharmd@gmail.com. Refund requests are assessed using when the cancellation is received and when any code was sent. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Terms for other services, including workshop engagements, will be agreed before booking.

No guaranteed outcomes

Participation does not guarantee a job, promotion, income, team result, or other outcome. References to research describe general findings, not a promise of results from a particular engagement.

The website reflection quiz is an informal exercise created for this site. It is not an official Gallup assessment, has not been presented as a validated measurement, and does not identify your CliftonStrengths profile.
